We hire for a mix of baseline qualifications, coaching craft, client care, and the way you operate inside a team-led environment.

Baseline

Qualifications & Safety

  • Recognised coaching or personal training certification.
  • Current first aid and CPR, or readiness to renew immediately.
  • Clear understanding of scope and when to refer out.
Delivery

Coaching Craft

  • Strong cueing, progressions, regressions, and session pacing.
  • Ability to coach beginners without overwhelming them.
  • Ability to keep experienced clients progressing with clarity.
Service

Client Care

  • Punctuality, preparation, and professional communication.
  • Session notes, follow-ups, and real attention to adherence.
